Camp Tuition & Payment Information

Kids Dancspace @ eba & Albany Art Room
Full Day Camp Tuition for kids ages 7 - 12

All 4 weeks of Camp = $860.     (July 19 - 23,  July 26 - 30,     Aug. 23 - 27,    Aug. 30 - Sept. 3, 2010)

Any 3 weeks of Camp = $680.      (Choose any 3 weeks)

Any 2 weeks of Camp = $475.      (Choose any 2 weeks)

Any 1 week of Camp = $250.       (Choose the week)

Before Care Option = $40. per week      7:45 - 8:30 am

After Care Option = $40. per week      4:30 - 5:45 pm.     Before and After Care must be arranged prior to camp

imageimageRegistration: Registration will be through the mail and on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to register your child for Kids Dancspace @ eba Summer Day Camp parents must submit (for each child) a completed registration form and a $50 deposit, or full tuition. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be made by cash, check, Mastercard or Visa. Your child’s tuition must be paid in full one week prior to the beginning of camp.

Tuition and Payments: Your child’s tuition must be paid in full by July, 12th 2010 for the first session of camp.  Installment payment arrangements can be made with prior approval by the Camp Manager at eba (a modest payment fee of $4.00 will be attached to each installment). Please call and speak with the eba Camp Manager. Tuition may be paid by cash, check, Mastercard or Visa.  A $50. fee will be charged for all returned checks.


Aftercare and Late Pick-Up Policy: There will be a charge for children left at camp after 5:45 pm of $7.00 for each fifteen minutes or any part thereof. Payment is expected to be made upon pick-up. Children left at the Albany Art Room during aftercare hours (after 4:45 pm), who are not registered for aftercare, will be charged $10.00 per hour or any part thereof. Payment is expected to be made upon pick-up.

Changes in Enrollment, Refunds: Should you need to change or cancel your child’s registration, you must contact the eba Company Manager at (518) 465-9916.  If you must cancel, you will receive a refund or credit except for deposit if you notify us by July 12.  After July 12, there will be no refunds or credits unless the week is full or you submit a written note from a medical doctor stating that your child is unable to attend camp due to an injury or illness.
