Professional Development
Professional
Development for classroom teachers and teaching artists is crucial to
sustaining a cultural organization and school partnership. eba has developed several working models for sharing our creative process
work, opening the door to peer professional development, and a process
which is ongoing, trust building, reflective, and very important to
both the seasoned teacher/TA and the novice.
"I have fond memories of eba. It made school
exciting. [We] were talking about how it stretched us and made us
better teachers. Thanks for everything! Keep fighting for the arts (I
know you will!). Life would be empty without them". Capital Region Educator
The purpose of all eba professional
development workshops is to help professional teachers and teaching

confidence.
