The eba Art Gallery

The eba Visual Arts Gallery

Albany 1st Friday
5:00- 9:00

eba Art Gallery

Stop by to view the current show!

In 1996, as eba prepared to make the eba Theater handicapped accessible, we designed the reception room to accommodate the gallery space... as it is today.

The eba Art Gallery has many different exhibits each year. Gallery exhibits have included the work of Wren Panzella, John Hampshire, Angeles Ballester, Marilyn Heisman Ramsdale, Lorenzo Mena, Gary Shaheen, A. Roullier, Paul Gower, Kathy Cohen, and many other regional and international artists.

Each show is related to movement in one way or another in keeping with the major activity at eba.

Ms. Baum has designed costumes, sets, multi-media environments,
and during the last 15 years she has created over 100 water colors
and several hundred pen and ink designs on shells. Her work
has been displayed at the Harding Gallery in Massachusetts and
presently at the eba Art Gallery in Albany, NY.

SHELLS

Ms. Baum collects shells at the ocean for their design elements including shape, texture, uniqueness and color. Each shell has a design imbedded in its deteriorated state. This design is brought to life by pen and ink.  Other embellishments are often used to further develop the design. Designs are whimsical portraits, abstract lines and forms, colors, and textures.
