What types of businesses are listed in the Guide to Marketing & Business Resources?
Ad Facs represents a largest number of marketing and business related organizations in fields ranging from advertising and video editing, to paper merchants and post-production facilities, to radio stations and web site design. Adfacs.com makes it easy to browse them all, by classifying the businesses into Categories.
What is the distribution of the Guide geographically?
Ad Fac's target market is defined by the locations of our customers. The center of our operation is Albany, NY; from there, we continue to expand our coverage throughout eastern New York and western Massachusetts, northwestern Connecticut and all over Vermont.
Who is the audience for the Guide?
Ad Facs identifies our target audience simply as the buyers of our customers' services within our geographic boundaries. Because the majority of our customers are clustered in either the marketing or communications services, we focus our own promotional efforts at marketing, sales and executive officers.
How large is the distribution of the Guide?
Ad Facs promotes our listings to identified users of these services in our target communication area of eastern New York, Vermont, western Massachusetts, and northwestern Connecticut. In 2001, we delivered over 8,000 copies of the Guide to Marketing & Business Resources to this market. In 2006, this was expanded to 12,000 copies.
How does a new category get created??
There are currently more than 160 active categories for the Guide. When a business comes in with a market niche that they serve, we try to establish a category that defines that niche.
